What To Bring To Your First Visit
Bring your Insurance Card and Driver's License. If you plan to apply for CareCredit, which is our financing partner, bring a secondary photo ID such as a passport.
What You Should Expect During Your First Visit
Once you arrive, you will complete your new patient registration. You will then receive a cleaning, digital X-rays, a comprehensive oral exam, and discuss with the doctor your dental needs and a plan for your continued oral health.  We keep your comfort in mind. Our rooms are equipped with dental chairs that provide heating and massaging options. We also supply blankets, pillows, and soothing music as needed.
Insurance Information
We are in-network with Delta Dental Premier, Delta Dental (FEDVIP), BCBS (FEDVIP), BCBS Dental Plans*, Cigna*, MetLife*, United Concordia*, and United Concordia for Active Duty Service Members. However, as a courtesy to you, we will gladly accept and file insurance claims to your insurance company even if not listed above. Many insurance plans will still offer coverage even with out-of-network providers.

Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. Your insurance company is responsible to you; however, you are ultimately responsible for all charges incurred. The procedures we recommend to you may be partially covered, covered in full, or not covered by your insurance company.

Prior to your appointment, we will verify your insurance benefits. The estimated amount not covered by your insurance is due at the time the services are rendered. If your insurance company has not cooperated in the payment of your account within 60 days, the balance will become your responsibility and will begin to accrue interest. It is important for you to understand what your own insurance company covers and to follow up on their payment of your claims.

Financing and Payment
To make it easier for you to pay for your dental procedures, we offer CareCredit, which provides patients with monthly payment plans to meet individual needs.

We also accept all major credit cards and personal checks.
Cancellation and Missed Appointments
We value your time, and when you make an appointment with us, we reserve that time for only you. To avoid a $40 fee per missed or cancelled appointment, we ask that you give us at least 48 business hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. For family appointments, a $40 fee will be assessed for each individual appointment that is missed or cancelled without 48 business hours notice.
